Excellency Oyster Bay is an all-inclusive, adults-only resort located about 40 minutes from Montego Bay. There are 11 restaurants and 4 bars, 3 are poolside. They also have 24 hour room service as well as beach and pool service. Yes, you can sit on the beach and someone will bring your drinks to you! It doesn't get much easier than that!

All prices include shared transportation to/from the resort and cashback, cancel for any reason insurance. The insurance quoted only covers the land portion of the trip. If you book your air with me we will add the air to the insurance and it will go up just a little. Insurance prices vary by length of stay.
Air is not available yet but can be added to your room-only reservation when it becomes available. It looks like air will be around $650 per person but that is a guess. I estimated a little on the high side. You can make flight arrangements on your own, I know some people have miles or credits to use.
Although this insurance is highly recommended, there is a voucher option available or I can quote you other insurance options. You can also opt-out of insurance. If you have questions about insurance please contact me. There is more information about insurance and what it covers at the bottom of the page.
Private transportation can be arranged. Depending on how many people arrive on the same flight or similar times this may be a great way to go. I will not be able to have an accurate quote for this until we make flight arrangements.
Guests are welcome but may not be invited to all events.

Junior Suite Run of House- The room category will be chosen for you when you arrive. This is the cheapest option and often the worst room in the resort, you could also get an upgrade. It's truly a gamble! No way to request view or bedding choices (one or two beds)

Beach Villa with Private Pool- Our most luxurious choice, these sumptuous 1,510 square foot Beach Villas place you on your own secluded stretch of beach where you’ll experience the ultimate VIP escape. Each of our five Beach Villas with Private Pool has two main interior spaces, boasting a full living room with your own bar, as well as the master bedroom with its oceanfront views and walk-in closet. The elegant, spa-like bathroom has separate shower and WC cabins. Outside, you can spend your mornings lounging on the beachfront porch and your afternoons cooling off in the private 226 square foot pool just steps from your private beach. Included Insurance-
You can cancel your vacation for any reason and receive a refund in your original form of payment. VPP+ must be added to your booking within 7 days of deposit date or before final payment is due, whichever occurs first. This plan is not available with non-refundable hotel rates or air only. Once purchased, your plan cost is non-refundable.
Vacation Protection Plan Plus [VPP+] Pre-Departure Waiver
The following benefits are provided by Vacation Express and are not insurance benefits.
Cancellations:
You may cancel your vacation for any reason prior to departure and receive a refund for the full package price in the original form of payment less the VPP+ plan cost [does not include change fees or reduced deposit plan fees]. All cancellations on VPP+ must be received by Vacation Express up to 2 hours prior to original scheduled departure time per your documents or by 9am the day of arrival for hotel-only bookings.
Change Fee Waiver:
A one-time change fee, per person will be waived prior to final payment. This applies only to Vacation Express change fees per our Terms and Conditions Contract. This does not include airline change fees where applicable. No changes can be made to bookings with non-refundable hotel rates. Re-issuing of airline tickets or hotel deviations while in-destination will incur a $75 per person change fee.
Price Drop Guarantee:
A one-time price adjustment is permitted per room and only applies to the land portion. The air portion of a booking is not eligible for price adjustment. All travelers in the room must have purchased insurance to qualify. Price adjustments must be requested prior to final payment and, if applicable, any refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. This does not apply to non-refundable room categories. Pricing must be available at Vacation Express at time of the request and all components must match. Email request for price drop adjustment to pricedrop@vacationexpress.com and include current screen shot including same hotel, room category and flight schedule. No changes can be made to bookings with non-refundable hotel rates.

DEPOSIT
REQUIREMENTS
The deposit for the land-only portion is $169 per person. This is due at time of booking. All prices and availability are subject to change until a deposit is paid.
The deposit includes your travel insurance. Please note that if you are interested in travel insurance we can book some insurance up until your trip BUT it will not cover pre-existing conditions and it is not cancel for any reason.
Airfare is typically paid for in full at the time of deposit. There is a lower deposit program available and with this program, air does not have to be paid for in full. Please call or email me for details.
FINAL PAYMENT DUE FOR ALL ROOMS ON May 20, 2022.
I will take payments at any time. You just have to email me and let me know the amount. Otherwise, your card will be charged for the remaining balance on May 20, 2022.
