Room Categories

Sandals has a lot of room categories so I wanted to do a quick explanation.  For any rooms that are not club or butler, you will check in at the front desk, make dining reservations at the dining desk during their regular hours, make tour reservations at the tour desk during their regular hours and you will not have room service.

Club-level rooms are checked in at the Club Lounge. You have a club concierge that will make any reservations for you and they have more extended hours usually than the dining reservation or tour desk.  You also have access to that lounge where they have drinks and snacks. Room service is included.

Butler rooms come with a butler and jr butler 24/7.  They will meet you and take you to your room, perform check-in in your room and they will handle all your reservations.   You will have a cell to call your butler 24/7 and they will do a variety of things for you like unpack, run your bath, bring you room service on the beach, etc.

Sandals has a no-tipping policy for their resorts except for butlers.  You can tip butlers as you choose.

For Oceanview rooms please note that as long as you can see even a small part of the ocean from your room, it is oceanview.  Beachfront rooms are the closest to the beach but that does not mean you will have an oceanview or a good view of the beach.  Landscaping or buildings may be in front of you.  This is common with all hotels and resorts.

The deposit is $400.  The initial deposit is $98 and Sandals will auto-charge your card around 2 weeks later for the remaining deposit.  The rest of the balance is due August 14 and Sandals will charge that to the card on file.

If you use Uplift financing your entire balance will be paid at the time of booking.
